The staff was very nice and attentive, making our stay feel welcome.

The breakfast selection was really poor. We often had to ask at their Starbucks corner for the available items.

Did not like that they took out the free coffee ,tea and water bar that they once had.Replaced it with a Star Bucks outlet. Prices a little high. Hrs ended at 10pm so if you get in later no chance for a cup of tea. We are not all coffee drinkers. Hate the half pillows that so many of the hotels are using these days. My room was not serviced one day.No compensation for that.Temp. in room was very hard to regulate even with a thermostat..I could complain about the noise from other guests half the nights and early mornings but I guess there is little the hotel can do about selfish guests.

We really enjoyed this place - quiet and stunningly beautiful hotel.

Comforts of spacious and huge room in chic grey decor were fabulous. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and tea and coffee making equipment were provided. The property's location was marvellous and favourable, in Whitehouse station.

We had a pleasant stay, enjoying the cozy feel of the King Room and the welcoming gesture of receiving bottled water at check-in. the breakfast selection was disappointing.

It's not the first time I'm here that why I came back and I had another great experience can't go wrong

This workout hotel offers variety of reasonably sized rooms. There is a good restaurant. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The kids enjoyed the nearby hiking trails, and it was perfect for our family to relax together. The staff were really good, provided a pack and play for our little one.

In my wife's opinion, breakfast options should be improved.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend stopover in Lebanon with attractive and competitive value for money. The housekeeping team did a great job maintaining cleanliness and making the room feel cute throughout the stay. Check the breakfast options first thing in the morning to avoid disappointment.

The parking area felt very secure and spacious. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and even offered complimentary bottles of water, a nice touch. I appreciated how clean the King Room was, and the layout had a cozy feel with a comfortable sitting area. The breakfast setup left much to be desired. Every morning, I needed to check with the Starbucks area just to see what breakfast items were available, and the selection was consistently limited. This part of the stay felt frustrating as it didn't meet my expectations for variety. Although the staff members were all nice and attentive during my time there, the breakfast issue was a significant drawback.

The breakfast quality was unacceptable. Each morning was a hassle finding out what was available, as the selection was dismal. I shouldn't have to chase down breakfast at a hotel, especially when other essentials like lotion were missing.
